Nanoscale cage-like polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane
POSS240 is an organic-inorganic hybrid, nanoscale cage-like polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane that can be used in adhesive or coating systems. It features low shrinkage, high transparency (98%), and can enhance the adhesion, scratch resistance, temperature resistance, durability, and gloss of coatings. It can also be used as a dispersing and solubilizing agent for nanoscale silica nanoparticles.
1. Used to improve the temperature resistance, wear resistance, and gloss of UV-curing materials;
2. Used in the preparation of high-resolution photoresists for creating fine circuitry required for chip manufacturing;
3. Used as a dispersing and solubilizing agent for nano-silica;
4. Used in high-transparency hardening layers (9H).
