1.Vinyl trimethoxysilane is an important cross-linking agent for cross-linked polyethylene. Because silane cross-linked polyethylene has excellent electrical properties, good heat resistance and stress cracking resistance, this product is widely used in the manufacture of wires, insulation and sheath materials.

2. The cross-linked polyethylene prepared by using this product as a cross-linking agent has the advantages of good aromatic hydrocarbon resistance, oil resistance, stress crack resistance, high mechanical strength, good heat resistance, etc., and can be used at 80°C for 50 years. It can be used for the anti-corrosion and thermal insulation outer protective layer of oil, natural gas and gas pipelines and the matching anti-corrosion and thermal insulation heat shrink sleeve patching materials.

3. It can improve the electrical and thermal conductivity and extend the storage period of room temperature silicone rubber.
